With the exception of two particular side missions which are tied to trophies, there is no need to complete any of them unless you want to use them to level up. Ideally you clear all of those locations before moving on to the next area to save yourself a lot of time after completing the game. In this step you will want to focus on completing the main missions, but you shouldn’t neglect the locations marked with a question mark. Also note that the story trophies don't necessarily pop in chronological order so there's no need to worry about that. If you want to get the platinum as quickly as possible, put the difficulty settings on easy as there is no penalty for doing so. It’s much more likely that you’ll be spending closer to 60 hours though, because there’s a lot going on in the beautiful open world and it’s easy to get distracted. If you focus solely on trophies you might be able to get the platinum trophy in between 40 and 50 hours. Trophy wise this game is very easy, but long. Despite these bugs and the fact that the story leaves a bit to be desired for the hardcore fans, the game was very well received and is considered a return to form for the series. The parkour has been simplified and works fluidly and the combat system has changed to a ‘hack-n-slash’ style with RPG elements added in to level your character and weapons.
